I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Tried contacting the person multiple times, waited an hour at the location, therefore I had to continue to my next delivery.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The carrier did not show up to pick up the gym equipment that had been ordered. All the information was sent to him in time to contact the supplier, but he did not do so. The same supplier tried to contact him, but he did not answer either, and he should have picked up and delivered it a long time ago.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time As I posted on uship delivery most be Monday to Friday , the carrier offered collect today and after make the booking they told me about make the delivery Saturday and this is not acceptable
