I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We called to arrange pick up and got no answer. We called to talk to drop off contact to see if he would get in touch with pick up person. Again no answer. This was a third party booking. The person who booked it is not at pick up or drop off locations. None of them have gotten back in touch. It has been a week.
