There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved There was supposed to be assistance in the loading process of a 2,700lb machine, but there was no assistance, so after about two hours of waiting, I had to move on to other stops.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I had to respectfully consider weight for fuel distance and how all 30 items are packed loose and increase chance of damage. I wish them well and sorry for any inconvenience.

The carrier picked up and everything went well but he delivered 3 weeks after the agreed date, he also did it on January 1th 2021 when the warehouse is closed so I had to ask to be left at my house, now I will have to pay another carrier to take it to back to the warehouse...
