I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My trailer would fit all items based on the measurements given. The customer listed the weight as 7400 lbs but the weight was almost 3x times that amount. I explained that the equipment could only be safely transported 6-7 pieces at a time. I sent the customer the manufacturer specs that showed that each piece of equipment holds 300 lbs of weight put the actual product weight "including" the equipment was 774lbs.Her seller and I calculated the weight to be 14500 lbs and needed 14 pallets not 2

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My truck broke down is going to be in the shop for a few days til it’s fixed customer was made aware of the situation immediately and I offered them to another carrier option as I could not follow through given the situation at hand they were extremely understanding and I hope to work with them in the future my apologies for my truck breaking down

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The carrier tried to pick up the items but unanfortely no one help him to load and the items are gym equipment heavy pieces , the supplier don't has pallet jack or dolly toove the pallets with the machines , for that reason the carrier don't made the job. Thanks
