The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Client listed items with a total weight of 3k after researching these items with manufacturer's the total weight is more like 6k. The current truck I'm utilizing has a weight limit of 4800 lbs.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The shipment was stated to be on pallets and it was not, I could not wait around for the shipper to find the equipment.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Customer doesn’t have forklift at pick up, I asked if we can dolly it up a ramp into the truck never got an answer from the shipper.
