My shipper was Great! Even though the trailer was brand new, some of the bolts came loose on the shear springs. If Frank had not noticed this the axial could have come off. Frank caught this and then got it fixed. Frank is the right person for any shipping job. He keeps in touch and more important, he keeps his word - what he says he will do, he does.

When reddog picked up the jet ski- the seller called after he left and asked if he was a friend- he said he cheked bearings, used his own grease gun and inspected it as if it were his own. Beware of people who sell trailers, after they've painted a badly rusted axle. Shortly after the service provider picked up my boat and trailer, the axle broke and the service provider was able to replace the broken axle alongside the highway with a few hours. That's service!

This was our big move - moving the boat (42' sailboat) from a large Texas Lake to Florida. The driver was extremely punctual, helpful all along the way, called us along the route to let us know where he was and how things were going, and showed up 1267 miles later exactly on time as he had predicted. He was very nice and we'd absolutely use his services again if needed.
