We had an issue in that the boat could not be towed on the trailer because of trailer issues. The shipper arranged to haul both boat and trailer to Texas which involved launching the boat and having to lift the original trailer to the top of his truck. This was all done at no extra cost to us. Remarkable!

Once i understood the uShip system i would have to say it does work well although it does feel odd to commit to ship something with someone you haven't spoken with directly. I suppose if you dont like them you can cancel the shipment but you will have already paid uShip their fee in order to make contact with the shipper .
