I sent contact info in a message before I accepted bid which was flagged but I was only trying to give transporter more info but didn't know that was the next step in the process. 25' boat without trailer was purchased from Fl and Shipped to IL -- Quest provided their trailer and picked up on the water and launched on the water. Communication before and during transport was excellent. They were able to consolidate loads, and saved about $400 from the price I was quoted for another shipper. I had to cancle a few transporter due to not showing up for days after agreed pick up date, misrepresenting insurance and licensing. there are a lot of illegal transporters on this site. buyer beware you shipment is may not be insured or might never show up. About half way between Jacksonville Fl and Champlain NY, on a routine check,found both trailer hubs were shot, grease had sprayed out and hubs were hot,he called me up, told me about the problem,and said he would try is best to solve the problem.
