Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

my shipment was bid by mbe4988 just before I was going to give up uShip after unsuccessful arrangement with another service provier who didn't show up. I am pleased with mb44988's service and would have to recommend others. they picked up and delivered, as they promised, at the right date.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I was unable to reach to Service Provider after attempting every days for one week. I wrote emails. I called and left messages. My friend from NY is waiting everyday and expecting Service Provider to come and pick up the items, but they didn't show up. It is really disappointing to find something like this here. It wasted my time, my money, my trust.

We are sorry we was not able to get back to you and let you know what was going on....One of trucks was involed in a accident both are drivers where hurt....It was a mess we have never had to deal with befoe.....Then are second truck (that is a 2008!!!!) broke down.....We are small so problems like this hurt...NOW.....We are back on are feet and up and running again.......Hope you can understand Peggy
