I didn't know that I can find tons of service provider at uShip unitl I googled. My first attempt wasn't successful as the service provider I choose didn't show up. I was about to give up but after uShip fully refunded all the deposit money into my account, I gave second attempt with another service provider who later turned to be a good one.
I definitely have to come back here if I relocate state to state again.
