A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After communicating directly with the customer, it was discovered that the Customer's clients (multiple locations) actually were unable to receive the items due to the Thanksgiving holiday (all locations were closed for the entire week). After this was discovered, both the Shipper and 5 Star Transporter realized that the requested transport could not be completed as initially planned. Both agreed cancelling the gig was the best solution.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Firstly, I never agreed on any special equipment, I think the client is confusing my conversation with him with others. I showed up at the warehouse loaded the item into my Van When I was in route the client had a change your hard and changed his demeanor started talking with an attitude and said for me to turn back and return his item to the warehouse. I was not able to make it in time prior to closing.The client then proceeded to threaten me with the police he said i had stolen his item.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After giving contact person 48 hours notice of eta and on day of pickup a couple hour time frame for actual pickup we were told the business closes at 3:30, after additional communication and arrangements with actual location for a later pickup time that day we then before the agreed time received another message from contact person not location person saying pickup location wasnt waiting any longer. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider was supposed to show up Friday and had my staff waiting for him. He then "had vehicle trouble" and also "forgot his phone at home". Seriously? He wanted to reschedule for Saturday. I began to have my doubts but had already promised my client he would receive this on Saturday. He had my staff come in on Saturday just to accomodate his schedule at 9am but didnt show up till after 12. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This carrier did not arrive on scheduled date and time and did not offer another time to pick up the shipment. I do not have time to reselect a carrier nor am I inclined to go through this process again. This carrier is cancelling after making us wait 1 week to pick up and then had us wait all day for them to pick up. They said they’d be there at 3 and then kept delaying until we realized at 6 they weren’t showing up. We are now at risk of our client cancelling their purchase as a direct result
