The process was easy and quick. After purchase on ebay I received complete instructions, forms, insurance help, and was such a positive experience I was overwhelmed. This is the way the internet, customer service, and personal contact shouls work. Please accept my recommendation for this way in which to ship heavy items that cannot be UPSed or mailed.
