My trailer didnt have a plug for the lights Tom bought one from the auto parts store so that the lights would work to get it here safely.

Dan did a great job. He provided lights for the non operational trailer lights, he provided a temporary license tag for the non existent one and he did a great job communicating during the 3 day drive. He arrived early and the fragile and irreplacable glider was in exactly the same condition as it was before the long trip.

I was so nervous about towing this trailer! It was so old, not much working on it. Tom came to the rescue. Our shipper was a very decent man and he did the best he could after his vehicle died but we wound up hiring another transporter locally at considerably more expense to get the trailer to the location on time. I don't blame the shipper but, all in all, I think the pressure to bid too low and promise too much is pretty high on Uship.

We had a very short window to have a dog trailer picked up and shipped to us in Iowa for a price that was reasonable. Uship was able to provide us with a contact who could pick it up on the day specified and get it as close to us in Iowa as possible.
