Uship is definitely a way to connect with shippers. THe boat took over two months to complete the purchase (mechanical issues with the boat that the dealer took care of.) Everybody was patient as we solicited the bids over 6 weeks. In the end, it came down to insurance, DOT, and the ability to get the boat here quickly.

Great concept, very helpful in booking a shipper. Process was slightly labor-intensive, but overall easy to use. Adding a "shipper's checklist" that lists basic questions to ask of couriers might be beneficial.
