Trophy boat

On retireing to FL i wanted my boat there it was in VT .While i am a good driver i didn't want to drive over 1200 miles pulling a boat that weights over 4500 lbs.I quotes as high as $2500 and i got the job done for less than$800. This is the second time i have used uship and have always been happy with them.

Problem solved

I found the boat of my dreams on eBay, but it was nearly 1,000 miles from home. My initial research revealed that the cost of transportation turned the deal inside out. But when uShip bids started arriving, things looked a little better, and after a couple of days, I found a transporter who actually did the job for less money than I would have spent on fuel and hotels. Thanks, uShip!

Extremely satisfied

I am very particular and not an easy customer to satisfy. I contacted Wayne to haul from Californing to North Carolina a fishing boat I received from my father. Wayne did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. I really felt that he treated my boat as if it was his own. I would highly recommend Wayne to tow your boat.

searay boat

Shipping 23ft boat from NJ to FL

I sold my boat to a guy in the BVI and needed to get it to Jacksonville, FL to be placed on a cargo ship to USVI. H&D picked it up at our scheduled time a dropped it off on time. They are a very nice husband and wife team, very easy to deal with and well worth the cost. The next time I buy a boat (or anything else that needs to be shipped)I know who to use.

21 contender Fla to Ct.

Uship worked out great for me. I had many bids and finally selected a shipper who was very professional and did a great job shipping my boat. I feel I got a good price as well. Everything went smooth as silk. I will use uship in the future and have already suggested using the site to other people I know.

Pontoon Boat

Excellent shipper. Boat was picked up within three hours after they were notified it was ready. Delivered next day Fla to NJ. Great communication, always answered phone and advised of location. Pleasure to do business with. Will use again should need arise. Thanks Mitchell and Sonya

Great experience transporting my boat.

Since relocating to St. Louis after Katrina, we had left our boat on Lake Pontchartrain. We have not used the trailer in 3 years and Rick did an excellent making sure she was ready to go. He really handled the entire job in a very professional manner.

Boston Whaler

After not being able to reach the original shipper, I booked with AP after 9pm and they were able to accomodate me by picking the boat up the next afternoon. They had estimated an arrival time late afternoon/early evening but were able to get my boat to me in the morning of the arrival day. Anthony was great to deal with and kept in touch through out the trip. Thanks AP wonderful job!

21 ft Liberator Boat

I am new on the job. The big boss asked me to find a service that could transport his new boat from Texas to California. I Googled U-Ship, andf Mike bid. After checking references which were great, I checked insurance and licenses and accepted Mike's bid. He delivered as promised and was always pleasant and courteous. If you need to move a boat, bike or watercraft, get Mike because you will not ha ...

Great Experience Shipping my Boat

Uship process was very easy and provided a number of bids to choose from; definitely a service I would use again.

1st time user highly recommends UShip

We needed to get our boat from Michigan to Texas. I was going to pay someone to bring it to me. The cost of a u-haul was $1700.00. (Not including gas)! I did not want to make the trip myself (24 hours each way)! My dad told me about UShip. Within several hours of posting our boaton the site, we received several bids. We accepted one and had our boat delivered to our us within one week. The c ...

I bought this boat in New Hampshire, and wondered how in the world am I going to get this huge boat from there to Indianapolis. Someone suggested uShip to me, so I got online and checked it out. Very nervous but Happily Ever After

I have been trying to coonvince my wife to allow me to bring my 20' Mako CC up to our home in Connecticut for the past two years. She finally relented and I scheduled a shipment for this July. I chose JNJ Trucking in MS as my carrier as their bid was competitive and they had a good rating but they did have one unsatisfied customer b/c of a cancellation. I liked that b/c I feel like I could be g ...

Herb and Deb are the best!! Great experience.

Unbelievable. Herb and Deb are the best! Can't give them high enough marks for their service. My boat trailer broke down during transit. They communicated well, even e-mailed photos of the problem to me from the site where they were broken down. Herb dissassembled the trailer axle, drove 30 miles for parts while Deb stayed with the boat (on the highway) then Herb made the the repairs in the pouri ...

Transport 44 not so good. Sundance Express was excellant

I excepted Transport44's bid and he took the buyers money for transport then showed up with the wrong boat trailer. He left and stated he would return with a flatbed semi. After numerous attempts no one can get a hold of him, not the buyer or myself. He owes the buyer of the boat $750.00. We can only assume he went out of business. I cancelled the deal with Transport44 as suggested by Uship and re ...

This Went BETTER Than I expected

I moved cross-country about 18 months ago, from CT to AZ. I "expected" to sell my old Chris Craft cabin cruiser which remained in CT, assuming that I would not need a 26 foot cabinc ruiser in the desert. As everyone knows, the current economy helped make it impossible to sell this old boat as I expected. In the meantime, I was paying to store the boat at my former marina in CT. Over the past c ...

uship

I would recommend uship to anyone. This is the best way to finding through. Uship takes all the work out for finding bids on your own. Thanks, Mike DeZonia

excellent experience working with Nick Tuttle

My boat had 8 flat tires and Nick stayed in constant communication with me. He did not complain, just got the job done and was great to work with. I will never use anyone else besides Nick. He was very competitive on pricing, did exactly what he said he would do and cared for my boat. Great guy to be honest! I will send him more business in the future with my clients or my own items

outstanding service

I found a good price using U-ship and the service charge was reasonable. By keeping it reasonable you encourage people to use the service again rather than "bypassing" to do business directly. Good luck with this useful service.

1st time shipper

We used UShip to pick up a used boat 1100 miles away. UShip was recommedned by the boat seller and it was FANTASTIC and cost effective. We saved enough to purchase a high end fish finder/ GPS for the boat. Yippee!

Great experience shipping my boat!

We bought a Searay 240 Sundancer on Ebay and needed to have it shipped from Fresno, CA to Houston, TX. The Uship process is very user-friendly and we are confident we got an excellent value from a qaulity shipper. I would definately recommend this!

First time transporting an item cross country

We bid on a boat that was listed on ebay clear across the country and had never bought anything from so far away. Our next step was to try and figure out how to get it from CA to IN. Uship made it easy for us to get bids from transporters in order to get our boat home. After finally booking our shipment we were anxious to see how the whole process works....it would either be a great experience ...

Great Team

It was a pleasure working with Danny and Mary. I, to have become one of the many satifies clients of theirs. Just as their web site saids, their service is second to none. Danny and Mary provided pre move, moving and storage photos of my boat. We exchanged e-mails and phones calls weekly. Danny and Mary were professional, but most of all personal with my moving experience. If you like that ...

We had make arrangements to move a 29 foot cabin cruiser from the Florida Keys to Ocean City, MD. 1965 Dorsett Catalina Chicago to San Fransisco

A couple of weeks ago me Dad gave me an old boat, a 1965 Dorsett Catalina with original engine that he had restored 6 years ago. I was sitting on the computer last week and did a search for shipping. This sight came up so I thought what the heck I'll see how much or even if I would get a bid. After only a couple of days I had quite a few bids that were right on the edge of what I could afford righ ...

how do I get my California boat to Canada

Am I ever glad I found UShip to connect me with carriers. I only wish the website offered more information about the rules and regulations in place about shipping in the US. Only 2 out of 5 bidders that offered DOT numbers. I am glad they bid on my job otherwise I might have hired someone without proper licenses and insurance. Note to shippers ASK for DOT and MC numbers then check their validity ...

shipping 24' Boston Whaler

I have always been a very skeptical individual, one that investigates everything throughly and this was not exception. Bought the boat and then.....how to get it here, 2600+ miles. Put the boat on UShip and the bids started coming in. Asked on individual to rebid since his expired and then The Craneman, Ben placed a bid. His references were excellent and numerous. As soon as the bid was accep ...

U-Ship makes it painless

I shipped a 17' Boston Whaler from Massachusetts to South Florida. Several bids were provided over a week's time which made for the best selection of service. I was pleasantly surprised to find the prices all ran much less than I expected and were mostly less than the cost for me to drive the boat myself. I would use U-ship again and found the service provider I selected to be a first-class prof ...
