Pickup of the item was difficult because the seller missed the first pickup opportunity and then insisted on having the item picked up in a very narrow time frame. The shipper dealt with this unreasonable attitude courteously and effectively. I was impressed, and would recommend this shipper(though certainly not the seller) to anyone.
