I have used uship two years in a row now, saving me about $800 each time compared to having the printing company arrange shipment. I like the personal nature of it, too, knowing exactly who I am dealing with, and being able to check on the status of a job and clarify any details. My original shipper called the morning he was to pick up to say he had car trouble. John answered my request very quickly and was at my house by 8 am the next morning. He couldn't have been nicer. I found the uShip interface made pre-bid acceptance communication difficult, and use of the service in general difficult. My first listing, I didn't realize I had to ask for bids, so I got none! Things like that were not readily apparent. I think the interface needs improvement. The concept is great though, and it worked out in the end.
