Gary shipped my Turfmaker from Texas to Buffalo, NY. He was eager to move forward with the shipment; however, experienced some mechanical problems with his truck which delayed delivery. He communicated his problems to me often, and was very apologetic for the delay. Overall professional and courteous during the experience.
