The only issue I had was I was unable to find a phone number to actually speak with someone about payment questions. Being able to speak to an actual person at that moment would make the whole process much better.

Uship has been good to me! I think it's about the only way "regular" people can afford to ship larger items via freight; plus it gives the smaller companies a chance to compete on the open market.
