From the time I booked Jim as my shipper to the time he dropped off the bike, I had complete confidence in him. He gave me an accurate time that he was picking up the bike, called me after he did to assure me the bike was in good condition (he wanted to take it home with him =),gave me a pretty tight window when the bike was going to be dropped off then made his word good.

James did his job perfectly. We had some delay, but it was ok and we both aggreed to a later delivery. The Vespa was very well tightend in the trailer, which is a closed trailer.
