I have had multiple motorcycles shipped without major issues. I had a boat shipped and a seat was lost. I paid for the shipping with paypal as well as for the boat. Paypal would not honor my claim to not pay for the boat or the shipper. Do not trust paypal. I found I95 Transport on uship.com. I purchased a 2006 Softail from Tampa, Florida and had them deliver it to North Jersey. The bike arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. These guys are pro's, I would recomend using them.
