Very helpful. I didn't know how I was going to get my washing machine to the house. The shipper was perfect. He even helped to get it up the stairs. The only thing that I wished was that the shipper got more of the fee. I know UShip has to make money, but I think the percentage they take is a bit steep for this kind of service.
