This was my first experience with uShip. Took me a while to learn the system and correct my errors, but it was a good experience and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I will certainly use it in the future.

I had 8 bids in less then 24 hours. Multiple offers that I thought were beyond fair, but the one I accepted was an excellent bid and the trailer was picked up that same day, and delivered the following. For as quickly as things progressed, things went very smoothly. I would definately use this service again if needed!

Everything on the website was self explanatory except I could not find a number for Customer Service Representatives (CSR). If uship does not have CSRs, it would be a good idea to hire a few in case customers have a question that cannot be answered online.

We were shipping Honda Odyssey from Copart from Fresno to Seattle. Through Uship we found a good deal and saved about $130.00. Our service provider did a good job transporting the vehicle, always stayed in touch during transportation. Would definately use Uship again.

Uship is excellent. The only problem I see is that you cannot reply to messages. You have to find the provider and ask another question. Other than that, it is superb.
