My experience was great. We were unable to town the RV when we first arrived upnorth because of the large amount of snow that fell. Mike, our uShip person, went back home and returned with a plow truck to make a path through the foot and half of snow. The next day he returned with his tow truck and uncoved and towed our RV to us.
