I do have one complaint! A potential bidder had a question and I responded back that I would find out and get back to them. They need additional information so they could provide me a bid. Your software will not let a user respond back again to a bidder more than once. I was not able to receive a bid from them. Other than that, I was glad to have this service available to me.

Well I had previously got a bid from a company-won't call their name since I got my refund from them- and was mislead for almost two weeks for a pick-up and delivery for my van.
