website was very helpful, the requirement to do all communication via the website (only) until the bid was accepted was a bit constraining and made coordination and planning a bit tedious, but I would never have gotten this shipment done on time or on budget without uship. Johnny accepted my bid, made the pick up and promised,he even sent me a picture of the trailer after he picked it up (nice touch). He drove from New York to Washington State with our trailer and kept me up to date relative to his progress. He delivered the trailer as promised. Shipping an old trailer, the driver checked over the brakes, tires, lighting gave me a telephone report as to the condition of each item and what he felt needed to be done to get it on the road.
