I had gotten a puppy for my family. This was a first time every using this service. I do not think I could have gotten a better person to handle my puppy. Iknow that she had some problems with weather conditions however she always kept in touch with me. I would recommend her should anyone ever ask. Our uShip experience with Mr. Banfe was outstanding! Our dog was picked up at a residence in Dallas punctually and delivered the same day to our home in El Paso. She rode in a very comfortable pet cushion in an air-conditioned car and looked to be very well taken care of. Mr. Banfe communicated with us as much as he needed to and was very courteous.
