In todays world of electronics it is hard to find a transport that will pick up and deliver pets right to your door. Pets from our rescue arrived safely and in a timely fashion (given certain weather conditions). I would reccommend them again to any shelter who deals with rescues out of state. Great experience with shipper. But I did have a great deal of difficulty having access to shipper to access question PRIOR to booking. This made it difficult to choose which shipper would meet our individual needs. This also happened with my household goods. Need to have better access in emailing those that have bid.

The worst part of experiencing uship for the first time is not being aware of the deposit. Uship leads you to believe the deposit is for the provider when it isn't.
