Ambassadors arrived 3 hours after my scheduled pick-up time due to a delay with the moving truck (coming back from elsewhere). Despite such, they did the best they could to make other arrangements for another truck. Once that truck arrived, the move went as scheduled with no problems. The movers were very friendly and logistical. They were very careful with my furniture and the surroundings.

Moved out of an upstairs two bedroom apt into a downstairs one bedroom. They did a great job. Washing machine connection had problems and they helped fix the problem along with apt maintenance people. It was the apt's faulty water spigot that was to blame. I appreciate the work these two guys did.
