overall, VERY satisfied. Easy to deal with. the movers were very nice, quick and professional. promised 24 hour call prior to arriving turned out to be a 2 prior hour call, so we had to get some quick last minute packing. But it all worked out well. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Our movers were outstanding in every sense of the word. I was in the military for almost 2 decades and have moved more times than imaginable. I have never had as good of service in all those moves (military or civilian) as I had with this moving service. I never give out compliments that are not earned but this moving company deserves the highest praise.

We shipped two big screen TV's, a very heavy china cabinet, two couches, stereo equipment, and other items. All arrived intact and in the same condition as prior to the move. They were very concerned about our items. Will hire again in the future. Rate was extremely fair and reasonable.

Mike was great -my stuff was delivered on time and in great condition!! They were always able to be reached by phone or email if I had any questions. They were professional and even helped me carry my stuff up three flights of stairs when that was not in the contract. I would definitely use them again!!

I had to move in a hurry and Mike came to the rescue! He picked up all my possessions and treated them as if they were his own.He unloaded in the blazing sun and I never felt like he was in a hurry. It ended up costing me more money because Mike did not use his normal rig If he did not have other things in his rented rig he could have put all of my things in his rig. So it is actually cost me more to ship my house hold belongings. But over all they did a great job.I will use u ship again if I have a long trip.

The feedback on previous moves available on the bid I accepted was the main factor in choosing my mover. Unfortunately, I did plan my schedule pretty tightly, and the delay, which appears to have been due to the previous client's mistake, really caused some problems for me. But I still think the mover was the best I've had too, in spite of that. And yes, I'd use UShip again.

The catagories on uship are limiting. I only had clothes and some computer equiptment to ship so I used small office as the catagory. Maybe rooms would be good catagory. One room to ship... two rooms etc. and or boxes. Anyway just a thought. I really like this website. First time I used it was to ship a horse and that shipper was fantastic also.
