a part fell off the piece i had hauled for me, was no bodies fault, it wasn,t some thing that could be avoided it just happpened by chance, apon arrival to delivery point, the hauler told me of the problem, and aided me replacing the part thru his own resorses, it turned out very well and part was hauled right to my door. i will use this hauler again. john
