My items were collected and delivered on the arranged date and I was kept updated on the progress. The delivery was about an hour later than expected, but the driver was extremely helpful about getting the furniture into the house, even though it was heavy and awkward to move.

Bought from a private seller. Needed a courier to collect at a specific time, and deliver to a different part of the country. Uship was cheaper than all the big delivery firms, and I could deal with an individual to make arrangements that suited us both.

Need to be able to get back into the booking form and not be closed out then red flagged for including telephone number in the email to service provider. One of the least user friendly data collection websites I've used as it does not allow any options and is unforgiving unless you operate it exactly as demanded

Dining table and chairs to be transported from Scotland to Wales after sale on Gumtree. It was easier than I thought it would be to organise shipment, very reasonable price quoted by carrier considering the distance to be covered.I would be confident to use this carrier again. Buyer in Wales was very pleased with delivery time too.

The chair was delivered perfectly. But I didn't know when I accepted the bid that they were just the intermediate shipper and in fact just arranged my shipment through TNT shipping. It was confusing but everything made it there and on time. There was also a few emails sent after I accepted the bid that were a bit messy and confusing.

The chairs were delivered in good condition and the driver was very helpful when unloading and moving them. There were some communication problems - the sellers were expecting the chairs to be collected on a particular day and waited in, but they were actually collected the following day. Scott was communicative, but his messages weren't always clear.

Courier was good and much cheaper that a regular courier. Pick up was swift but I experienced some delay with delivery. Not sure where I would stand if it never got delivered. Onus seem to be on the customer rather than uship. Uship take a large deposit that they seem to keep. Not sure the suppliers get a great deal from uship

It's a cheap system, the downside is that the guys have to carry as many things as they can to make it worthwhile. But since the deals are good, then the punter has to be patient I guess, otherwise use another service and pay three times more. Conclusion: This is good.

I have used u ship 3 times now and have had very positive experiences. This time I had purchased a rocking chair on e bay and needed it picking up in London and delivering to me in N Wales. The whole process was easy and I was able to use the e bay photo in my listing so bidders could see the item BRILLIANT. I have told lots of people about u ship and will certainly use again.
