Overall a good experience using uShip. The service provider was prompt, efficient and friendly.
I found the uShip site a bit confusing to use - in terms of how to look at messages sent etc. (A lot of imagery/info on one page made it difficult to navigate.)
I also think uShip should make the fees payable on top of the quotation much clearer from the start.
Having said all that, I would use uShip again and recommend it to friends.
