Boat was shipped in 5 days cross country in an enclosed trailer and was safely loaded and unloaded. I was a first time shipper, so this experience was a bit anxious for me, but the whole shipment went smoothly and as explained/described. I would ship with them again in a heartbeat.

I had a carrier back out on me and I was able to find this company in very short notice and they were able to accept the load and deliver it on time for me without taking advantage of the fact that I was in a rush.

It all worked out fine, but as a first time customer, it is uncomfortable entering a contract for shipping with a shipper I had never met, could not look up, and could not speak to on the phone. My service provider was good though, so it all worked out.
