Scott picked up and delivered in a timely manner despite nasty winter weather at both ends. He was always within reach and communicative. Relative to other quotes I had, Scott's was very cost effective and he was able to pick up the chair when required.
When the chair arrived it was wrapped up as promised however there was a chip in the wood. I'm not sure if this was new or was an old repair that had broken again. Also, the arms seemed loose. Again, I don't know how it was leaving Alberta as I wasn't there, so not sure if this had anything to do with Scott.
Regardless, I was very glad to see the chair and impressed with Scott.
I would not hesitate to recommend him or to use uShip again.
