David & his brother (at the pick up) were very accomodating and easy to deal with. A mechanical failure lead to us being late on our route and Mr Mcleans brother was kind enough to stick around for a late night pick up so we could be in position to meet another commitment a few hundred miles down the road the following morning. Easy experience all arround and cash payment at delivery was appreciated.

Scott was very responsive and picked up the chair when he said he would despite nasty weather on the Prairies. Delivery was also punctual. I would recommend Scott without hesitation.

We took great care of this antique, horse hair stuffed, heirloom chair. The chair was securely blanket wrapped from pick up to delivery. The temp variance & contraction of materials going from a heated home to the -30 winter temps in the prairies would likely cause the hot glue securing the chip to the chair to fail. Your brother mentioned you had an uncle who will miss this chair as he sat in it often and it was one of few chairs he could fit in; perhaps the source of the loose arm?
