When I agreed to purchase a horse from another state I thought getting her would be a cinch, and had I of used USHIP to begin with I would have had her home a month earlier. I tried a company that kept putting the shipping date off due to cold or other reasons. After they didn't show up or call on the date of pickup (I tried contacting them all the previous week), I got feed up and listed with USHIP. Within a few hours I had my shippers name, number, and the agreed upon date for shipping. Ritchie was wonderful! My horse arrived healthy and safe, and I couldn't be happier. Had I of contacted USHIP first I wouldn't have had to have the Vet go out and redo the health certificate. I paid the same with USHIP as I had ageed upon with the previous shipper, and I got my horse delivered as agreed, not are you coming and will you please call me back? Ritchie and his helper were wonderful in helping the breeder seperate her herd so she could trick Bonnie into loading, and they kept her comfortable and safe. If the Breeder talks me into another horse she will insist on Ritchie delivering. She was so impressed with him she took his card for her other buyers to use. Bev has bred and shipped horses all over, and currently has a stallion down in Mexico, so if she is impressed enough to take his card it means RITCHIE IS AWESOME! I will definantely use USHIP again for anything else I need shipped.
