Dad is 80 years old now and has decided to hang up his helmet. This was his fourth BMW motorcycle since his first in 1955. He had mixed feelings, but decided to give the bike to me, his first son, who had stopped riding 26 years ago, but wanted to ride again. I stopped riding at the request of my wife when our first child came along. Now that both children are grown, and on their own, it's time to get back on the road with this beautiful 8000 mile 2002 BMW R 1150 RT that Dad gave me and have some fun commuting again. Uship helped with the changing of eras by geting the bike from Dad's home in Syracuse New York to mine in San Diego, California. It was a great shipping experience. I almost regret not having anything of this magnitude to ship in the near future. Eras take some time to develop and I don't see one comming up in the near future. If I do, though, I will use uShip.
