You are a blatant liar, Mr Cocker, and you appear to be trolling the site making fake bids and then cancelling them again. You were sent a highly detailed email with full details of available times for collection and delivery within two hours of the bid being accepted, and your wife replied, stating “OK, Andrew, probably next week.” Two days later, you cancelled without notice. Evidence of these communications has been forwarded to uShip.

After one extremely negative experience with a troll who made a fake bid and then cancelled it, I was very reluctant to let this go to another service with no feedback. I gave DV a chance, though, and it all worked out in the end. There were one or two logistical problems to overcome, but DV was willing to go the extra mile and made sure that the package arrived safely at its destination. Very genuine and helpful service.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. The provider is blatantly lying. I sent an email dated 15/09/2014, giving details of the dates and times when the intended recipient would be available to receive delivery. This communication is held on record and can be provided to uShip.
I received a response from the proprietor's wife, directly from the email address given on their profile, which just said "Ok Andrew might be next week." This is also held on record and can be forwarded to uShip.
