David responded very promptly by telephone following the end of the bidding auction, and was very flexible, courteous and prompt with the collection and drop-off arrangements. He took great care to ensure my bookcase was not damaged in transit and kept me updated regarding estimated time of arrival so that I did not have to wait around for any longer than necessary.
I would definitely use David Pip again, and recommend him highly as a courier service provider.
