There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The disconnection was informed to be an additional prices and I agreed to it in advance of arrival. The courier failed to arrive at the date/time agreed and the following 3 rescheduled/advised times. Lack of communication to myself and the uplift point caused me to enquire this morning if the courier was indeed able to address. I then received the cancellation request. Dissapointing service although Edd was pleasant to me on the phone.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Twice missed commited uplift dates. Unfortunately I do appreciate there has been a family tradgey however I was willing to accomodate and another date setup - this has also been missed with no comms to advise and I am no longer able to contact them as they do not reply to phone or email?

Three very friendly (and strong) men arrived and my Rayburn is now happily in place in our kichen. We adopted a roller method to manouvre the oven into place and the Egyptians would have been proud of the ingenuity at play! I'm sure that this one was probably one of the most challenging deliveries but the guys were great - friendly banter too. Definitely use again. Response from omcarriers: excellent curtious customer pleasure to carry out this challenging shipment excess 700lbs cool juice and brush pole saved the day but aga looked a picture in place in its newly tiled inshot thanks on behalf OM CARRIERS LTD hope to carry future shipments

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Provider struggling to make delivery due to transport being unsuitable for uplift. He has offered to get another vehicle to accomodate but this is now several weeks/months and we need to get delivered as soon as possible so as we still have not heard from him we need to make alternative arranegments/relist. Response from goldwing1969: Offered to use another vehicle, spoke to customer's seller on two occasions, she was rude, abusive and used obscene language. Reported this back to customer who said she would speak to her seller and report back to me, customer also said she would not blame me if I did not want to go ahead with this after the seller's behaviour. Still waiting to hear back from customer and now she cancels.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Continual communications issues, lack of attendance, then unprepared for shipment. Now caliming ( upon chasing from me as to where my shipment is) that they are unable to uplift teh item due to gravel and that a bigger truck woudl not gain access.
I have already relisted. Response from TjTransportltd: We could not get our large truck down the road and drive way, what more can i say. To much hassle. ADVOID
