Delighted to receive piano in fine working order! Only problem was that it didn't fit in the door I intended but that was my lack of measuring and not Phil's problem! They delivered it safely in another door in the house and it is now settled and being played! Could just ask for a little more communication during the move but I had a contact number and Phil called or texted back if I asked.
