Joe is the most efficient shipper I've used.
He originally only had yesterday to do this job but managed to agree to do it today (pick-up and delivery)
When the original delivery address proved a problem, he happily and quickly accepted an alternative (which was no further but might have meant a longer journey back fro him
He was flexible about being paid (I made a bank transfer)and was excellent value !

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper said he can only collect at night but I stated in the details that collection is from a business and, of course, shuts late afternoon.
The shipper asked me to cancel - and I'm saddled with a delay now !

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shippers - John and Amanda thewlis - who had intended to do the job have refunded me and said U-Ship
would also refund the deposit I then made ... but I have no record of it being refunded so far.

Cat had to wait both at pick-up AND (even longer) at drop-off
I will eagerly seek out this shipper again (assuming she will accept, having had such a "hard time" on this occasion)

This shipper clearly tried his best
But he's not happy with English and somehow got near to but not to the right addresse and didn't have all the info I'd put on U-Ship for help (mostly addresses and tel. nos)
With the correct post code it should have been a doddle
Time constraints are not this shippers forte either (3 deadlines overran)
But my package got to its destination and he was cheap.

Martyn delivered to a freind's mum's place in Sherborne and the friend brought my two items back over to france for me. I've only just picked them up, hence my late feedback.
Martyn kept in touch with me, was considerate in terms of how and when I paid him (not the norm) and did an Excellent job, even bubble and fim wrapping my items for superb protection.
I will try to use him again - you should too !
