I live in a quite remote area in the far west of Cornwall, with my partner of 40 years, where we let holiday cottages attached to our home. I have been a regular buyer on Ebay since 2008, mainly personal and sometimes for our holiday lets. I use Uship to estimate the total cost of buying and shipping items, to see if it would be economically viable to purchase them. I first used the service in Spring 2010 to ship a bed settee for one of our lets, and was very pleased with the entire transaction. The carrier I chose provided a thoroughly helpful, friendly service and his communication with ourselves and with the vendor was excellent. I work as a community care assistant doing all sorts of shifts, as well as running the holiday cottages, so good communication concerning times and availability is very important.
