After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After accepting the bid, we the customer had to make contact with the service provider. This was after we had emailed all info twice. Service provider quoted collection within two days and delivery within one after 6 days the unit still has not been collected and service provider unable to give firm collection date.
