I no longer need my item(s) shipped I am uable to ship the vehicle as it was determined to be a misrepresented vehicle by the Ebay seller and it was decided to cancel the purchase of this lemon car rather than to go through a misrepresented item which was fraudulently advertised by the seller.
Please rfund my deposit at this time.
