The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The reason for my agreement of this cancellation is that.Justin,The guy who sold it in Illinois,works for the railroad,and is on call,24/7.everytime we set up a pickup date.his work schedule got in the way of picking up.We did manage to get together.i rented the equipment to load the oven.Got there to load.spent 5hrs trying to get it loaded.and after looking closely.i determined than it is to fragile to make the trip.the oven is not in good condition and is alot bigger than the customer stated!!

Everything was clearly stated accurately. The shipper just jumped into something Ill prepared because he wanted to get the job.

These guys are great. Sonny kept me updated throughout the whole process. Red, the driver was a cool cat. He helped me unload with a smile. Will work with them again if I had the chance.

I recently expanded my business and required the delivery of machinery, steel products, etc. Of the many delivery company that I have worked with, I can honestly say that Walker and Jeff were the best of all and on all terms. Walker's price was about half of the other bids and service (communication, delivery time) was perfect! If Walker bids on your shipment, accept it! You won't be disappointed. Thanks again Walker.
