Fred and Jenni were wonderful! A fair bid that fit my budget, amazing communication with multiple involved parties and just the loveliest people. We knew Clancy (a senior horse, retiring from work in equine-assisted therapy) was in loving and capable hands. Spot on time pick-up and delivery, especially given the long trip from IN to TX. Charlie is the nicest guy you could ever want handling your horse! I'm a first time shipper (from NJ to TX no less!) and was not going to be able to be there when my Apache was delivered. Charlie was great about keeping me updated from the road and super accomodating with drop-off arrangements. He had nothing but nice things to say about my girl and I truly believe he cared for her as if she were his own. I wouldn't even think of using anyone else if I ever have to ship again. Thank you!!
