The shipper was polite, courteous, patient, and a pleasure to work with. He phoned me and let me know when he was coming and made arrangements for pickup that far exceeded what was called for. Highly recommend this carrier and would use him again.

Thanks to the help at both ends, a tedious load was successful. A lot of sweat for all at both ends as it was hot and muggy, but we got the job done. Outstanding!
