BEWARE: In 10 years Sean is the WORST! He didn’t blanket wrap. All pieces arrived damaged. He denies responsibility. Pro receiving company documented damage w/ pictures then had to file a theft claim when Sean went back after delivery & STOLE glass doors to hold for payment while refinishers assessed damage. Custom cabinet unloaded onto concrete upside-down w/ no protection, causing damage too severe to repair. Sean refuses an insurance claim for the loss. He’s a liar, thief & unprofessional.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I WOULD GIVE A ZERO STARS IF I COULD> Service provider wanted to pick up in the middle of the night knowing our business hours (Specified on our listing.) Called to tell me he would pick up during business hours the following week. Now wants to cancel. THANKS ALOT!!

Poor job responding when you ask for confirmation of the pick-up day. When they gave one, they missed it. It took another day to get a response, if they were coming at all. We moved forward with them because of a customer deadline. The product showed up 3 days late and was damaged. The carrier then told us we lied & the customer didn't need it by the deadline we provided. Wow! This is covered in my contract with the customer. This is the last time we will use this carrier... Too unprofessional!
